South Columbus High School

      

       At South Columbus High School we believe that student learning is the chief priority for the school and should be the primary focus of all decisions impacting the work of the school. We expect teachers and students to maintain mutual respect in order to maximize learning. A student’s self esteem is extremely important and should be enhanced by positive relationships with faculty, staff, and fellow students. Here at South Columbus we endeavor to provide a variety of instructional methods to support all students' learning. We believe all students can learn.

 

        Parental and community involvement is essential to the improvement of our school, and to the educational process of students. The success of our school system depends upon the commitment of all staff (administrators, teachers, and support staff) to high quality standards, expectations, and performance. We expect our students to achieve high standards of learning.

 

        As principal, I seek to lead our school to maintain these beliefs and expectations at all times. We welcome students, parents, and the community here at South Columbus High.
